why my touch and go payment method unavailable at play store I try to re-add but not added

Welcome to Google play community!
Let's try With these steps :
- Open your Google Play store.
- Click on your Profile picture. ↗️ 👤
- Click on payments and subscriptions
- Click on payment methods.
- Scroll down⬇️ you will get More payment settings.
- 🆑 Click on it you will be redirected to Google payment Center.Through Your Browser (Use Chrome for better experience.)
- Now you Remove your payment method.
- Add it Again
Accepted payment methods on Google Play select your Country.

Go to Google Play store > click on your icon (top right corner) > Payments and subscription > Payment methods > scroll down to "More payment settings" under the more options > this will then bring you to the payment center webpage > remove your TouchnGo eWallet > go back to your google playstore and re-add your TnG.
It worked for me again. Hopefully this helps you
