I understand that you are having trouble making purchases on Google Play.
Here are some things you can try:

- Contact Google Play support. If you have tried all of the above and you are still having trouble making purchases, you can contact Google Play support for help. You can contact Google Play support by visiting the Google Play support website or by calling the Google Play support number.
