I am trying to download the file 123.hp.com on the HP Smart app but it's not working can you help

I am trying to get a new printer to work it is the Office Jet Pro 9025e
The WiFi light stopping blinking. Downloading the app HP Smart did not help

Try downloading the HP print services plugin, it gives you more options for printing from Android devices
