I have money on my Google play balance but when I try to use it it won't let me click on it to useit

I have used play store credit before but now when I try to use it on different apps it shows the balance I can see it then I go to click on it and it won't do anything please help me

Stop posting this nonsense fix it doesn't work. I'm having the same problem. I bought two Google play gift cards from MY AMAZON ACCOUNT and can't use them. All I'm told is there are inconsistencies and that's it. Sounds like Google needs to review whatever their specialist team is doing because it sure as shit isn't their job.

100% keep getting the same reply. Inconsistencies on my account but they don't have the access to tell me what they are. I've been back and forth with them for a month and not 1 step further

Contacted. 4 times during 12 days! Nothing fixed, nothing done! Everyone promising to help, but no one helping at all! What a costumer "service"!

Yes, I was lost count how many times I was send. All I get is excuses. That's it, no help, no suggestions, nothing at all. They just guessing what may be wrong instead of help. For almost 3 weeks I'm stuck with have balance, but not able to pay with it at all. Was clean and uninstall, but nothing was help... And no support one helps too. Shame. Such big company, but don't know how to help they own costumers who paying for they jobs....

It's been over a year and I still can't use my credits. Support is useless.
