google play gift card/code expired

The Terms & Conditions on the card say "no fees or expiration dates applicable to this card"

I tried to redeem it by entering the code but I'm getting an error that it has expired.

I am redeeming over an year after I first received it; I didn't know what it was for when i first received it and that it worked via web.

Same problem here I have 3 gift cards all of which say they never expire and all of which that have expired

I have the same issue. I just found 2 gift cards that I received last year for christmas and when I tried to put them on my account, they say they have expired. Please send me the information with the next steps. or put the link on here so that others can know what to do next

Same issue. I've had the card quite awhile, but it does not have an expiration date. Can you please reactivate?

This is crap!!!! I'm in the same boat. Google you need to make your customers whole for the money paid to you in exchange for these gift cards which clearly state there are no expiration dates!!! Get your customer service up and running. I strongly suggest each and every one of you contact the consumer protection agency and the BBB
