*Have you recently moved to another country?
*Some payment method work depending on the availability of the country you're currently in.
*Try removing your mobile carrier from your payment methods and re-add it. It should refresh the system

Any update on your issue? we're you able to pay using your mobile carrier?
Have you tried a different payment method? Once clear that the issue is with the carrier try to call your provider.

Same issue with me

I made purchase till yesterday but today it was showing unavailable. I delete the payment option to try to add again but the entire du billing option is missing for me( I am from UAE and du is a mobile carrier here).

I just changed my account password fixed whatever issues it was showing my account but I still can't get the option

Please help

*If you're having issues adding the specific payment method i suggest you try to refresh google play by clearing cache data possible bug is blocking the system to add your payment method.

I have the same issue

I tried making a transaction to buy an app but it did not allow me to . So I deleted the payment method and tried re-adding it but it did not show the payment method ( I live in UAE and the carrier is du).
I tried some troubleshooting but it was in vain, I cleared the cache of play store, I tried adding the payment method through Google Pay but it did not show up and always asked for my credit card info.

Hope that you can solve this issue as soon as possible

I have the same issue, was able to make purchases with sprint as well as tmobile. I switch to Verizon and im getting unable to send verification text. Verizon says its not from their end but Google's end.
