GOOGLE*CALIFORNIA G.CO HELPPA#AU appears as a whopping $59 transaction on my bank statement?? Wtf

I'm a single mother struggling financially as it is, $59 may seem like a small amount to some but that $59 surely goes a long way when your paying rent, bills, food and putting two boys through primary school. I'm devestated, of course my kids won't starve, but again I can't get them trendy new school shoes Ive promised even though I budgeted just right to be able to spoil them a little after a tough year we have endured.I am wondering if anyone, based on there own personal experience with an issue relating to unauthourised transactions can offer any info regarding how to/ how long a response and hopefully a refund from Google will be is it easily accomplished ?I have contacted my banking institute but they will only dispute the transaction after contact with google has been made and they are un willing to co operate with issuing a refund. Thanks so much for taking the time to read/ my question

If you have a Google Account, check your account to see if someone has been using your phone to place orders.

You should also set your device to ALWAYS require your password for every purchase (and then, of course, don't share your password with anyone) to avoid things like this in the future:

If you don't have a Google Account or if nothing shows up in your order history, someone has stolen your credit card information. Contact your bank, dispute the charges with them (do NOT try and track down each charge), cancel the card, and get a new card issued. Otherwise, the thief will just keep using your card in other places.
