How do I see previously installed apps

Go to the Google Play Store menu, go to "Manage apps & device", tap on "Manage" near the top.
That list is what is installed right now.
Tap on the "Installed" filter button and change it to "Not installed" to see what you have installed before but is not currently on the device right now.

No, that doesn't work on a computer. You have to use the Play Store app.
