How do I cancel Disney Plus

I am trying to cancel my Disney Plus subscription. I see others are having the same problem with no success. Please help.

Hi Amy if you created and joined using Google Play you need to go to the manage your subscription section in the Google Play app. If on the other hand you sined up using your TV or on Disney, Hulu or ESPNs page you will need to return there and manage or change the subscription.

There is no option to cancel in any of these places. Disney says to go to Google Play, but Google Play doesn’t show that I have a Disney subscription. And I can’t get a human in the phone.
Amy, you'll need to provide additional details. If you subscribed under Google Play, the subscription should be listed under the manage the subscription tab. Do you have multiple Google accounts/email addresses (don't provide those here to avoid receiving SPAM)? Could the subscription be under one of those accounts? There's no way for us to guess where or how you entered the subscription since no one here has access to your account information, nor can we see what's showing on your device.

Hello GothamNY, i have the same problem.  I log into Google Play and the Disney+ subscription is not there.  When I log into disney+ and go the subscription page, its takes me to the google play "my subscriptions" where it is not there.  Please assist.
How did you both create your Disney+ account and create you subscription? If you have a Disney+ account you should be able to login using your web browser to see all of your account details. Don't use the phone and see what your result might be.

Thanks everyone.  With the help of a particularly determined Disney representative, I figured it out.  For some reason when I tried to go through the Google app on my TV or desktop, it showed that I didn't have any subscriptions, but when I went in through my email, there it was.  Crazy, but happy it is resolved.
I'm guessing you logged into Disney+ with an email address and password (both are needed for that account) and as I mentioned earlier all your account info showed there? That's also the reason for the inquiry as to how your account was created.

No, it actually showed up in my Gmail account - not in Disney at all.  Very strange, but taken care of.
Now THAT is very weird...never seen that one.
