Organize & sort books in your library

To make it easier to find a book, you can organize the books in your library. ​

Organize your books in groups

Create a shelf
  1. ​On your computer, go to your Play Books library.
  2. From the left, under “Shelves,” click Create shelf.
  3. Name the shelf.
  4. Click Create.
Add books to a shelf
  1. ​On your computer, go to your Play Books library.
  2. Find the book in your library.
  3. Select the book.
  4. Click More  More and then Add to shelves.
  5. Select which shelf you want to add your book to, or create a new shelf.
  6. Click Save.

Filter books by genre, author, progress & more

  1. ​On your computer, go to your Play Books library.
  2. At the top, use the filters to find the book you want.

Find books you haven't read yet

  1. ​On your computer, go to your Play Books library.
  2. At the top right, click Settings .
  3. Click Play Books beta features.
  4. Turn on Ready to read.
  5. Click Done.
  6. If you have a book you haven't read yet, you can find a "Ready to Read" shelf in your library.

 

Find all the books in a series

  1. On your computer, go to your Play Books library.
  2. At the top left, click All series.
  3. Click the series name to get a list of all the books in that series.

Tip: This list displays all the books in the series, not just the ones you own. You can filter by Ownership and tap Purchases to see the books you own.
