Refunds for items exchanged with Google Play Points

If you use Google Play Points for any items or contents such as in-app items, Play Credit, or reward codes in the "Use” tab in Google Play Points page, the exchanges are non-refundable.

If you use Google Play Points to get a discount coupon and use that coupon in a purchase, the coupon can be refunded back to points, only if the purchase using the discount voucher is approved for a refund in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. If you want the discount coupon again, you’ll need to find the discount coupon in the “Use” tab and exchange your points for it again.

For the users in the United Kingdom and Germany, if you use Google Play Points to exchange with physical rewards, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel your purchase after the delivery. If you cancel, you are responsible for the cost of returning the physical reward to us. You must have a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom or Germany. Except as provided above or where required by law, exchanges using Google Play Points remain non-refundable.
