My Google Play Developer account was terminated for high-risk behavior. I believe this is a mistake

I am experiencing an issue with my Google Play Developer account, which was terminated due to a pattern of high-risk behavior or abuse. I strongly believe this termination was a mistake. I have thoroughly reviewed the Developer Program Policies and the Developer Distribution Agreement to ensure full compliance, and I believe my actions were not in violation of these policies.

The termination may have been caused by a sudden spike in ad clicks within my app, which could have been due to malicious click spam from an external source. This activity was beyond my control, and I did not engage in any fraudulent behavior.
