Members of Google One with 2 TB and above premium plans can schedule a personal online Pro Session to learn how to do more with Google products. Get expert help on a wide range of topics at both basic and advanced levels.
You’ll receive an email confirmation and a Google invitation when you sign up for a Pro Session. The invitation provides a link to join the Google expert’s online screen share session at your scheduled time.
Where are pro sessions available
Pro Session topics are available to Google One members who:
- Reside in Canada, the UK or the US.
- Have 2 TB plans or above
- Open the Google One app with the language set to English
Note: Google reserves the right to change or cancel Pro Sessions at any time without notice. Limited appointments are available on a first come, first serve basis.

- Find the topic that you would like to learn more about.
- Click Reserve session.
- Select the session time that works for you
