Fix issues during Nest speakers or displays setup

Restart your speaker or display

1. Unplug your device.
2. Wait for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
3. Start the setup process again.

When you set up your Nest speaker or display, make sure that:

• Your setup device is able to connect directly to the same network from your current location.
• You're within 15-20 feet of your Wi-Fi router.
• You typically have a strong Wi-Fi connection in the location you're trying to set up the speaker or display.
• If you're attempting to set up your speaker or display on a 5 GHz WiFi connection, your setup device supports 5 GHz.

Restart the Google Home app

1. Close the Google Home app .
2. Open the Google Home app .
