I'm having a lot of challenges getting my logos accepted by Google.  Right now, my square logo is being rejected.  It seems to match the requirements listed.  The rectangular logo in the same style was accepted.  So I'm a little stumped.  

Does anyone see anything wrong with my logo below?

Make sure to fill up the square more. IE less negative space.
Place your S logo larger above the name.
So that you fill out the space above, below, left and right.
 
Having too much negative space will get rejected.
