I am a NYC grocer, how much will is cost me join Google Shopping as a merchant?

Thank you to anyone who can help me. I cannot seem to find rates or fees for using Google Shopping as a merchant. Also do receive payment through my business website. There is a lot of material but these are basic questions I have.

there are at least five separate and distinct programs now on google-shopping:
(a) shopping-ads;
(b) local-inventory-ads;
(c) shopping-actions;
(d) surfaces-across-google-enhanced-listings;
(e) local-surfaces-across-google-listings.

(a) shopping-ads --
pay-per-click advertising with product-purchases on a merchant's ecommerce site;
payment is based on bids and outcomes in the auctions -- pay-per-click.

(b) local-inventory-ads --
pay-per-click advertising with product-purchases at a local walk-in store;
payment is based on bids and outcomes in the auctions -- pay-per-click.

(c) shopping-actions --
commission-based advertising with product-purchases on google-shopping.

(d) surfaces-across-google-enhanced-listings --
free listings with product-purchases on a merchant's ecommerce site.

(e) local-surfaces-across-google-listings --
free listings with product-purchases at a local walk-in store;

inventory data is uploaded using the merchant-center-account;
the same inventory data is used for all five programs -- simply
by using a different destination designation.

the pay-per-click advertising programs are paid by using a linked ad-account;
there are no fee-structures, nor payment-structures, nor membership-fees --
since payment is based on bidding and winning in the auctions.
