Cannot create new Google Ads account because of violations? please help?
I want to create a new Google Ads account for my clients. However, when I try to do so, I get the following error message:
"Your previous Google Ads account was used in a way that violated Google's policies. As a result you can't create a new Google Ads Account"
despite this, my existing accounts seem to be operational as I can still run ads on them without any notifications or warnings of violations. I've meticulously reviewed all associated accounts and found no indicators of what might have triggered this restriction. Currently, we only manage our own agency ad account along with two client accounts (I know they should manage their own ad account ownership, I want to fix that asap. we set this up together a long time ago).
Although our ad activity has been minimal, we're looking to increase our advertising efforts with new clients. I'm really eager to resolve this issue, learn from any potential mistakes, and ensure compliance with Google's policies. If an appeal is necessary, I'd like to accurately identify the specific reasons first for the account's limitation to effectively address them first, before appealing.
Could anyone offer guidance or advice on how to navigate this situation? I really don't know what else I can try.
