Google Ads customer service is the WORST IN THE WORLD!

for the past 2 months my calls are noting registering as conversations and I've called google ads customer service over 50 times they keep telling me that a specialist will call me back within 24hr they never do! OVER 50 TIMES. now I got a "specialist" on chat and he told me that is someone will call me back right now but for that we have to end the chat. guess what no one called me back! YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!

Have you been rude at any stage?

I am guessing that some customers won't be helped if their attitude is confrontational, but Google would never say that.

Just a guess. Makes no sense otherwise, unless your query is in the "too hard basket".
