Account suspension

My account has been suspended for “suspicious payments” a month ago. So regarding policy violation-what are some suggestions to fix my account? I have gone through the appeal process 3 times, chatted with live chat, couldn’t get google support on the phone and through email. I’ve gone through the policies and fixed what I knew I could be violating but no luck. So what are some other suggestions with fixing my suspension for “suspicious payments”. Thank you!!

Great Answer on your second point: (2) another trigger for such a policy-flag is having
another ad-account -- for any reason at any time. 
I would like to ask you whether a cancelled account still counts as another account. because I would like to transfer an account I manage to my client so that they can mange it since it was opened as an individual account I am unable to change the payment profile to theirs and the account is due for verification too, Kindly help me understand this

regretfully, the original account should have been opened by the client, the
client should have added their payment-method on their payments-profile,
using their google-account, and the client should have been paying google --
then, the client could have invited an agency/manager to only manage ads.

when completed, the name, address, and country, on all business documents,
on the google-account payment-method, ad-account, and bank, must all match,
or risks a permanent suspension, at any time.
 
otherwise, since the proper process was not originally followed, the
chances that google will suspend both advertisers are rather likely.

What if I cancel the ad account & stop advertising will that still lead to account suspension (for the one due for verification & all ad accounts under my gmail) I am intending to cancel all accounts associated with my payment profile & to not create any new ones at all at anytime & anywhere else (to be clearer I think I am asking whether a cancelled unverified account can still be suspended if never used again)

Also since the client has all the verification documents needed should I just verify them, but my confusion is whose ID do I input on my side because if I input mine I will be assuming all the liability of their business.

I remember in 2019 it was possible to transfer an ad account to client & have them use their payment profile, this is just an innocent error & we should be able to make changes at least

I created an MCC account which I now use to manage some of my clients Ads accounts, so what happens to that mcc if the Admin Ad accounts with my payment profile are suspended does the MCC get suspended too (please note that the ad accounts on the MCC have clients payment profile & not mine)
