I scored 400+ points in the Product Expert Program, still, my status is not upgraded.

Hi Community,

I have scored 400+ points in my Google Product expert program, still I haven't got my badge upgraded. Can anyone help?

I was well over 2,000 points before I was awarded a status above Bronze in one particular forum. It took over a year.
 
Whilst it's nice to get the recognition, and get access to a forum where I can now chat to other PEs, being Bronze never affected my ability to answer questions and help people, which is the important thing.
 
I looked at some of your replies. You tend to provide useful support page links, but please give more in-depth advice if you can, because your answers are all a bit short. Try asking the OP a couple of questions instead of quickly giving a canned response, so you have more information to base a reply on. Think about what other information they might need. You've also given at least one incorrect suggestion that could have caused a problem (suggesting someone opens a new account).
 
Keep at it, and keep improving the advice you give!
