What type of product are they selling?
I still have a few long-standing, well-behaved accounts that don't have image extensions enabled, and to be honest it seems quite randomly implemented.

There are certain criteria, that advertisers need to qualify
- A good history of policy compliance.
- A Google Ads account in an eligible vertical or sub-vertical.
- Sensitive verticals or sub-verticals—such as sexual content, alcohol, and gambling—aren't eligible for dynamic image extensions.
- A Google Ads account that has been open for more than 90 days. More than 90 days old means, It is running account.

Hi Karyyl,
I agree with my colleagues and would add that once requirements are met it means the account becomes eligible to be added to the feature. When features are restricted, such as this one, it can take time once an account meets the requirements to be adopted in. It's not an indication of any issues to resolve it's just a timing issue with the platform.
All the Best,
James
