Welcome to the Google Ads help community. 
 
Please note that we can only provide information based on what you provide to us. Ads not running? There are a hundred reasons why... and without you providing more details we cannot begin to guess. Once you provide this information - myself or one of my colleagues will surely assist. 
 
  • What is the subject of the ad?
  • What type of campaign? 
  • When was the campaign and ads created?
  • What is the precise status of your campaigns (look in the status column after clicking on campaigns tab within your account)
  • What is the precise status of your ads?  (look in the status column after clicking on Ads & extensions)
  • What type of bidding strategy are you using? 
  • When was your Google Accounts created? 
  • What is your bid amount?
  • What is your budget? 
 
Keep in mind that new ads with new accounts can take a little longer to be fully approved. Eligible is not fully approved. Once an ad is fully approved the most likely reason for a lack of performance is from setting a narrow audience to target and/or having too low of bid and/or having too low of a budget.  
 
You may be able to use the Ad Preview and Diagnosis Tool (<--Click it) within your Google Ads account to troubleshoot the issue and get suggestions on further steps to take. 
 
If you prefer, simply use the Get Help web form (<--Click it) to request help from support. They can access your account with you and review everything. Please keep in mind that the best chance to get help is Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST). Pick the Chat option.
 
Note: the key to using the Get Help link above it to type in the help box a few words related to your issue and then on Step Two to click on the Other tab. This will allow you to proceed forward to filling in your account info and getting to interact with support. If you click on any of the topics in Step Two you will be rerouted here or to other help articles.
