I'll make the fastest payment but I didn't get the recharge on my fastag ID. Also Money is debited from my bank account and I didn't get the refund. So can u please solve the problem as soon as possible. And refund my money as soon as possible. I'll try to make contact to your customer service many times but I didn't get any response from them

This help community has no way of assisting with any type of billing concerns. Please review this account refund info (<--Click it) carefully and use the contact link to send a message to the billing department of Google Ads. 
 
Be sure to change the drop down menu to match your country and then match all of the required steps to the detailed information outlined. Not doing so will prevent or delay the refund.
 
Again, this help community cannot take a single action to assist with the refund process except to provide this information. Repeating posts here will only bring a repeat of this message. We have no access to any accounts or the billing department.
