Re-enable a declined payment method

After issues are resolved with your bank, you can try to re-enable the payment method or make a manual payment.

To re-enable your payment method:

  1. Go to Payment methodswithin the Billing icon Billing Icon.
  2. Find your payment method, and make sure that all details are correct (like card number, expiry date, CVV, billing address) are correct and up-to-date.
  3. Select Re-enable payment method.

If re-enabling doesn't work, or if you continue to experience issues, consider adding a different card or bank account. To prevent future disruptions, it's highly recommended to add a backup payment method. If your account was suspended due to an outstanding balance, clearing this balance is necessary to reactivate your account. Account review and reactivation after clearing a balance can take 24-48 hours.
