If your company hasn't earned Google Partner status, read "Qualifying for Google Partner status" to learn more about the requirements.
Only companies that have earned Partner status can display the Partner badge or the Premier Partner badge.
Companies that have earned the Partner badge or the Premier Partner badge must follow the guidelines below. You may not use either badge in any way other than as specified in these guidelines. Failure to comply with these guidelines shall constitute a breach of the Google Partners Terms of Service.
In general, you cannot show the Partner badge or the Premier Partner badge in any manner that implies a relationship or affiliation with Google. For example, the badge cannot be used in a way which may indicate that Google sponsors your company or endorses any of your products, services, or information provided.
Additionally, the badge cannot be used in a way that can be reasonably interpreted to suggest editorial content has been authored by or represents the views or opinions of Google or Google personnel.
