Callout assets improve your text ads by promoting unique offers to shoppers, like free shipping or 24 hour customer service. When customers view your ads, they get detailed information about your business, products, and services. If you use many callout assets, save yourself time by editing and uploading them in bulk. Instructions
Edit callout assets in bulk within your account
- Sign in to your Google Ads account.
- Click Ads & assets in the page menu on the left, then click Assets.
- Click the "Table" view icon
at the top right corner.
- Select Assets view from the drop-down menu above the assets table.
- Check the boxes next to all of the callout assets that you want to edit.
- Click Edit assets in the blue bar above the table.
- Click Edit, Find and replace, Add text, or Change case to make changes to your assets.
- Click Preview to view what your changes will look like.
- Click Apply to save your changes.
To remove assets in bulk, complete steps 1–3. Check the boxes next to all of the assets you wish to remove, click “Remove” in the blue bar and select “Confirm”.
