You can see whether your ad is under review by looking at the "Status" column on the Ads tab of your Google Ads account.
We need to approve all ads per our advertising guidelines before they appear on sites in the Google Network. If your ad is still awaiting approval, please be patient while we work to review all ads.
Every time you submit new ads or make changes to existing ads, they're automatically submitted for review to ensure that they adhere to all of Google's advertising policies. We review ads in the order that they've been uploaded by advertisers. Unfortunately, contacting Google Ads Support will not speed up the review process.
