If your ad doesn't follow our advertising policies, we'll stop it from running and your ad's status will be "Disapproved." Get step-by-step information below to find out why your ad is disapproved, and what you can do to get it up and running.
- Click the Ads tab of your Google Ads account.
- If you see "Disapproved" listed anywhere in your "Status" column, place your cursor over the speech bubble to see why the ad has been disapproved.
- Click the policy name in the speech bubble to read about the policy requirements. You'll also find this information in the notification email we sent you about your disapproved ad.
- Edit your ad according to the policy requirements and resubmit your ad to us for review.
