Change who pays
This action refers to the transfer of billing ownership of a Google Ads account from one payments profile to another.
A few examples of this would be making the change from an individual advertiser's payments profile to an agency's payments profile, or switch from an individual payments profile using automatic/manual payment setting to a newly approved monthly invoicing payments profile.
