About payment settings and methods

To complete the registration process and start showing ads to potential customers, you must provide valid payment information:

  • Country of the recipient of the invoice
  • Time zone
  • Promo code (if any)
  • Account Type - Individual or Legal entity (Individual entrepreneur or Legal entities)

This is a permanent setting which is used for tax accounting and personal data verification.

If you represent an educational institution, organization, company, or joint venture, select Legal Entity. In other cases, the Individual option is suitable.

  • Specify Tax Information.

Tax Status

Depending on the type of legal entity, different information is required. The type of legal entity also determines whether you will receive accounting documents.

  • Individual: We will not send you accounting documents.
  • Sole proprietor: Indicate your TIN and legal address. This information is necessary for the documents that you will receive. Please note that you cannot change the TIN.
  • Legal entity: Indicate the TIN, KPP and legal address. This information is necessary for the documents that you will receive. Please note that you cannot change the TIN.

Individual

  • Enter Tax Information
    • The tax rate depends on the country.

  • Specify your Name and Address
    • Your home address, your place of registration, or the legal address of your company.

Legal entity: Individual entrepreneur

  • Specify your Tax Information.
    • The tax rate depends on the country.

  • Specify the Name and address:

Your home address, place of registration, or the legal address of your company

  • Fill in the “Primary Contact” fields .
  • Specify the information for the Postal delivery of the invoice.

  • Enter the postal addresses to which you want to send invoices.
  • Only the delivery addresses will be indicated on the documents.
  • If the Address for the delivery of invoices does not coincide with the legal one, fill in the fields that appear below.

Legal Entity: Legal Entity

  • Enter Tax Information.
    • The tax rate depends on the country.

  • Specify Name and address.
  • Specify your home address, place of registration, or the legal address of your company.
  • Fill in the “Main Contact” fields.
  • Specify the information for the Postal delivery of invoices.

  • Enter the postal addresses to which you want to send invoices.
Note: Only the delivery addresses will be indicated on the documents.
  • If the delivery address for invoices does not correspond with the legal address, please fill in the fields that appear below.

Payment Methods

Payment method is the means of payment you have chosen to fund your account. The payment methods available depend on the country in which your company is registered in, and the currency of your account.

For South Korean customers:

  • Credit and Debit Cards
  • LG U +
  • Reserve Credit Card

Credit and Debit Cards

In addition to some credit cards, we also accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards. Costs are automatically deducted after your ads appear. To use a credit or debit card, add it to your Google Ads account and select it as your primary payment method.

LG U +

Our partner LG U + offers secure prepaid payments using a local credit card, internet money transfer or virtual bank account.

Backup credit card

If you have selected automatic payments and your primary payment method is not working for some reason, a backup credit card will provide payment for your ads.

Some payment methods cannot be used with foreign currencies. If you are using foreign currencies, check in your payment settings which payment methods are available for your currency.
