If your food was delivered later than expected, it never arrived, or you received a confirmation that your food was delivered but hasn’t arrived yet, contact the partner using the info on your confirmation screen or the email received from the partner. I have an issue with editing, cancelling or picking up my order

Have your receipt on hand for reference, order number, and mention that you placed your order through the partner listed on your receipt.You can also find the partners contact info at https://myaccount.google.com/purchases.

  1. Reach out to the partner to ask if they can help you with your order.
  2. If you still have issues and the partner can’t help you, try contacting the restaurant.

I’m missing an item or my items are incorrect

Contact the restaurant using the info on your receipt if your order is missing items or your items were incorrect as ordered. You may also want to reach out to the partner to let them know about your missing item as well.

I never received my order

Contact the partner or restaurant using the info on your receipt.
