If your food was delivered later than expected, it never arrived, or you received a confirmation that your food was delivered but hasn’t arrived yet, contact the partner using the info on your confirmation screen or the email received from the partner. You can also find the partner’s contact info at My Purchases .

I’m missing an item or my items are incorrect

Contact the restaurant using the info on your receipt if your order is missing items or your items were incorrect as ordered. You may also want to reach out to the partner to let them know about your missing item as well.

I never received my order

Contact the partner or restaurant using the info on your receipt.

I'd like a receipt of my order

To find a receipt of your order, go to the "My Purchases" page associated with the email account you used to place your order. If you can't find your order, please contact the food ordering provider that processed your transaction.
