You use the TV Everywhere apps to stream content on your smart devices by signing in to your Google Fiber account. If you aren’t running the most up-to-date version of each app by January 15, it may result in an unsuccessful sign-in when using your Fiber account credentials.
Check to see the latest versions of the your TVE apps by visiting the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store on each of your smart devices. You’ll know your apps are up to date if you check your app store and there are no pending installs.
Over the next few months, there will be future updates required to use TVE apps with Google Fiber. If you encounter issues using your TVE apps, please go to the Play or App Store and update to the latest version.
