Add or remove Google Fiber Phone service

If your address is eligible for Google Fiber Phone, you can add it to your service plan from your Fiber account. You can also remove Google Fiber Phone service from your Fiber account.

Google Fiber Phone options only appear if your address is eligible for Google Fiber Phone service.

To add Google Fiber Phone service to your account:

  1. Sign in to Fiber using the email and password you use for your Fiber account. Your Account page appears.

  2. Click Manage Plan to display the plan details page.

  3. Click Add to Plan next to Google Fiber Phone and follow the on-screen instructions to add phone service to your account.

To remove Google Fiber Phone from your account:

  1. Sign in to Fiber using the email and password you use for your Fiber account. Your Account page appears.

  2. Click Manage Plan to display the plan details page.

  3. Click Remove next to Google Fiber Phone and follow the on-screen instructions to remove phone service from your account.

If you've already transferred your Google Fiber Phone number to another provider, be sure to remove Google Fiber Phone service from your Fiber account.
