Add or remove Google Fiber Phone service

If your address is eligible for Google Fiber Phone, you can add it to your service plan from your account. You can also remove Google Fiber Phone service from your account.

Google Fiber Phone options only appear if your address is eligible for Google Fiber Phone service.

To add Google Fiber Phone service to your account:

  1. Sign in to GFiber using your email and password. You’ll see your account page.

  2. Click Change plan to display the plan details page.

  3. Click Add to plan next to Google Fiber Phone and follow the on-screen instructions to add phone service to your account.

To remove Google Fiber Phone from your account:

  1. Sign in to GFiber using your email and password. You’ll see your account page.

  2. Click Change plan to display the plan details page.

  3. Click Remove next to Google Fiber Phone and follow the on-screen instructions to remove phone service from your account.

If you've already transferred your Google Fiber Phone number to another provider, be sure to remove Google Fiber Phone service from your GFiber account.
