Restrict access to Google Fiber TV apps

This article applies to customers who have the new version of Fiber TV. If you have the older version of our user interface, please view this article on how to restrict access to Google Fiber TV apps.

If you've activated one or more Google Fiber TV apps (Netflix, VUDU, or YouTube), you can restrict access to them using Fiber TV parental controls. After you restrict an app,  anyone who wants to access the app needs to enter the parental control lock code.

To restrict access to Fiber TV apps:

  1. Display the parental control settings and make sure parental controls are enabled.

  2. On the Parental Controls page, select Other Controls and press ok on the remote control.

  3. Select the app you want to restrict and press ok.

The green lock icon  indicates the app is now restricted.
