If you can't schedule your installation appointment

When we have everything ready for your Fiber installation, we'll contact you and ask you to schedule your installation appointment. We encourage you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. If you have not set up your appointment after a few days, we'll send you a reminder email. If we still haven't heard from you after a couple of weeks, we'll contact you by phone and postal mail.

If you haven't made your appointment after 40 days, we will cancel your Fiber account. If that happens and you still want to install Fiber, or you have any other questions, contact Google Fiber customer support.
