If you can't schedule your installation appointment
When we have everything ready for your Fiber installation, we will contact you and ask you to schedule your installation appointment. We encourage you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. If you have not set up your appointment after a few days, we will send you a reminder email. If we still have not heard from you after a couple of weeks, we will contact you by phone and postal mail.
If you cannot schedule your installation because all appointments on the current schedule are filled, select the Schedule Later option. We will contact you by email as soon as additional appointment dates become available.
If you have not made your appointment after 40 days, we will cancel your Fiber account. If that happens and you still want to install Fiber, or you have any other questions, contact Google Fiber customer support.
