Choose an appointment date and time within your Google Fiber account

As soon as you're eligible to schedule an in-home installation, you'll receive an email at the address you used to sign up for Google Fiber. The email will contain a link inviting you to sign in to your Fiber account and book an appointment.

SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT

To schedule your appointment:

  1. Sign in to Fiber using the email and password you use for your Fiber account. Your Account page is displayed.

  2. Click Schedule. Only available appointments are displayed. 

  3. Click one of the available appointments, or click > to see more options.

  4. Select an appointment time.

  5. Click Confirm. Your Fiber Account screen with your appointment date and time is displayed for your reference.

You can then view or change your appointment in your Fiber account up until 2 hours prior to the appointment. 

Google Fiber Phone customers
If you have scheduled to transfer your existing phone number to Google Fiber Phone, avoid cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time, there's a chance the transfer of your current number will take place, and your current service will be disconnected. You'll still have access to your number via Hangouts on web or mobile.
 
Should you need to add phone service to your existing appointment and can't do so within your Fiber account, you'll need to contact Google Fiber customer support to update your plan and scheduled appointment. 
We're closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation. Our top priority is keeping our customers, community and team members healthy and safe. While we always take personal health and hygiene seriously, at this time we're adding another layer of precautions, including:
 
  • Practicing social distancing
  • Wearing disposable face masks and gloves while we’re in your home
  • Increasing sanitation practices and emphasizing proper hand washing and hygiene
  • Stepping up cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects required to connect you to Google Fiber Internet

You always have the choice to welcome our representatives into your home or business. As these are uncertain times, we understand if you would rather reschedule your installation appointment. We’re also in this together, so if you aren’t feeling well, exercise caution and reschedule your appointment. To do so, please sign in to your Google Fiber account up to 2 hours prior to your appointment time to make a change.
