Fiber for commercial property managers

To have Google Fiber installed for your business location, we need an access agreement. This agreement allows us to perform a site survey of your property, and, if the site survey meets our criteria, to install Fiber. If you are a property manager, fill out this form to start the process.

After we receive the form, a Fiber team member will contact you to answer any questions you have about bringing Fiber to your property. Then, we'll send you an access agreement and work with you to schedule a site survey.

Site survey

After we receive your form and have completed the access agreement, we’ll conduct a site survey. We must complete a site survey and confirm the property meets our criteria before we can proceed to install service. Site surveys can be completed onsite as well as remotely.

If we need to conduct an onsite survey, our surveyor will show up to conduct the survey. The surveyor might need access to the entire property, including all units, equipment closets (IDFs and MDFs), risers, outdoor premises, power, and internal cable routing, so we might contact you beforehand to make sure someone is available at the site to provide access. The surveyor will ask questions about the property that affect construction and installation requirements.

After the site survey, if the location meets our required criteria, we'll install Fiber outside your building and connect it to an inside location. Then we'll email tenants who have expressed interest and invite them to schedule service installation, which will include a Fiber jack in their unit. There might be a delay between the site survey and installation. If the site doesn't meet our criteria, we'll notify tenants who have signed up.

Service is not available in all areas. If there is an agreement between a property owner and Google Fiber, tenants can sign up for Fiber service, but there might be conditions that affect our ability to bring Fiber to the location.
