Cannot sign up for service

If you can't sign up for Google Fiber service, possible reasons are:

  • Your address is in a neighborhood that is under construction or already constructed, and the sign-up period is closed.

  • If you are a tenant, your property owner or manager has not signed an access agreement with Google. General tenant information is available for people who rent an apartment in an apartment building, people who rent a property not in an apartment building, or for those who own a condominium.

  • Your address is not in a market or neighborhood that is eligible for Google Fiber.

  • There are network or environmental limitations associated with your address.
