Use the procedure below to sign up for Google Fiber. You can check fiber.google.com/cities for more information on your fiberhood and when its sign-up period is open. If your fiberhood qualifies, we will contact you to schedule your in-home installation.
As of January 22, Provo residents who live along the local fiber network can start signing up for Google Fiber now. You can go to our website and start by entering your address. You will see your fiberhood and the deadline listed there.
Our plans for expansion are still under development. So if you live in another location, you can stay up-to-date on all the latest news by periodically checking our website.
When you sign up for Google Fiber, you choose your service plan.
You must be logged in to the Google Account associated with Google Fiber to sign up.
To sign up:
Visit our website, and sign in to your Google Account.
Enter your address.
If Google Fiber is available for sign-up, a message informs you that you are ready to choose your service plan.
Click Choose your plan.
Under Choose your plan, you can click each of the plans to see more info about each one.
When you decide which plan you want, select any options available, and then click Continue.
Review the information in the first section, and click Edit, if you want to change anything.
Under Confirm account details, enter the required information, check any boxes that apply to you, answer any subsequent questions, and then click Continue.
Again, review the information in the first two sections, and click Edit for either section, if you want to change anything.
Under Submit order, read the information and check all three boxes, assuming they all apply to you, and then click Submit Order.
A message confirms that your order was successfully submitted. You can also expect an email confirmation shortly.
As soon as you sign up for Gigabit or Gigabit + TV service, you receive 1 terabyte of free storage space on Google Drive across Gmail, Drive, and G+ Photos.
