If so, you may be eligible to upgrade to the Nest Wifi Pro at no extra cost!¹ The Nest Wifi Pro can provide a faster wireless connection in your home for Wi-Fi 6E compatible devices and less Wi-Fi congestion when compared to Google Wifi (which utilizes Wi-Fi 5).²

If you’re eligible for the upgrade, you’ll receive an email with a form that you can fill out to request a Nest Wifi Pro — so keep an eye on your inbox!

_{1. Customers who cancel their service will have to pay a replacement fee (including any applicable taxes) if they fail to return equipment within 60 days after cancellation. Google Wifi devices may be responsibly recycled, and customers won’t be charged a replacement fee if they do not return the Google Wifi device to GFiber.}

What is the Nest Wifi Pro equipment upgrade?

The Nest Wifi Pro will give you access to faster wireless connections in your home for Wi-Fi 6E compatible devices and less Wi-Fi congestion when compared to Google Wifi.²

You'll need to order a self-install kit to start the upgrade. Your kit will contain: 

1. A Nest Wifi Pro router

2. A Nest Wifi Pro power adapter

3. A Fiber Jack power adapter

 4. An Ethernet cable

How do I return my Google Wifi?

Your Google Wifi doesn’t need to be returned, and you won’t be charged a replacement fee if you don’t return the Google Wifi device to GFiber. If you decide you want to return it, you can chat with us or dispose of it responsibly at your local e-waste recycling center.
