What to do with your old equipment

Now that we’ve retired Fiber TV, you’ll no longer need your old equipment. We encourage you to find a local electronics recycling spot where you can dispose of it properly. If you prefer, you can reach out and request a mailing label to ship it to us at no cost to you, and we’ll take care of it for you.

You can also drop your equipment at your local Fiber Space for recycling.

What happens with your bill now?

As of July 31, 2021, your plan was automatically switched to internet only and, as of that day, you're only being charged for internet service. Your Fiber TV service and your DVR recordings are no longer accessible and you’re no longer being billed for Fiber TV service or TV Box fees.
