What are the ports that the FI VPN uses?

The firewall at my work is restricted so anytime my phone has the VPN active I cannot connect to anything through the WiFi. The only workaround is either disable the WiFi or VPN to get any data.

The IT team is willing to open the needed ports to make this work, but there is no documentation as to what would need to be opened. Could someone point me to them?

Thanks

Hey Josh, I am not speaking from personal experience, but I found a reference on Reddit* that says UDP ports 2153 and 19302.

It's possible that the ports are assigned as needed, and may change, but that is a place to start I guess!

jkenton,
Yeah I saw that as well, but was hoping to get confirmation if that is actually true. I am not sure my IT team will want to go off a reddit post.

If it makes you feel better I'm having the same issue and Google Fi support pointed me to this thread.  They stated; " We really don't have a way to check the ports for  "Enhanced Network" VPN that needs to be open for all of the routers and modems as of the moment".  Not sure how they don't know what ports their product utilizes. So idk an answer except no VPN. By any chance is your companies WiFi equipment Meraki?
