Create or reuse a rubric for an assignment

To use rubrics, you need to sign up for the beta program. To learn more, go to Sign up for Classroom beta programs.

In Classroom, you can create, reuse, view, and grade rubrics for individual assignments. You can give feedback with scored or unscored rubrics. If the rubric is used for scoring, students see the score when you return the assignment.

To share rubrics with other teachers, create them in a class where you're all co-teachers. You can then access the rubrics from your own class.
Note: You might notice slight visual differences between tablets and phones.
On a mobile device, you and your students can only view rubrics. To create or grade a rubric, use your computer.
