Fix problems using Google Duo after setting up your Smart Display

If you’re having trouble getting calls on Duo after you set up your Smart Display, check that you’re signed in to the same Google Account on Duo and your Smart Display.

Step 1: Check your account on Duo

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open Duo.

  2. Tap Menu Menu and then Settings Settings.

  3. Under "Google Account," check the account.

Step 2: Check your account on Smart Display

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home.

  2. Tap Menu Menu, then check the account. Use the same one that's signed in to Duo.
  3. To change your account, tap your Google Account and change to another one.
