Phone calls column

The number of calls to Google forwarding phone numbers that appear in a Google Ads call extension or call-only ads.

Calls are counted when calls to your custom Google forwarding phone number are received, either through a call button in the ad or through manual dialing.

Only applicable if you've created at least one call extension or call-only ads

Add this column to a report
  1. Navigate to a Google Ads engine account or campaign.

  2. Click the Campaigns tab or Ad groups tab.
  3. If the column isn't already in the reporting table:
    1. Click the Columns button above the performance summary graph.
    2. Next to Available columns, type the column name in the search box and press the Enter key.
    3. Click + next to the column name in the Available columns list.
    4. Click Apply.
This column is included in a Call metrics report.
