Trash is empty but shows 2.43GB Usage

Over 3 days ago I emptied my trash and removed ALL files from Drive. It now shows I'm still using 2.43GB of data in the trash folder. No files show up, I have NO files on drive at all that show up in any folders. I am trying to clear this to start using drive again. I think its a system issue I'm 99% sure I am not just missing files somewhere.

I just submitted mine via that link too.  I hope it works.  Thank you.  My settings show 2.4gb in the trash constantly, even though I have nothing in the trash.
