Find your registered domain

Don't see your domain in the My domains list on Google Domains? Resolve your issue with one of the common fixes below:

Sign in with a different account

You may have bought your domain using a different Google Account. Switch to another account and look for your domain again. Follow these steps:

  1. Open Google Domains.
  2. In the top right corner of the page, click the Sign in button. If you don't see a Sign in button, click the circle with your first initial.
Note: The circle may display with an image you uploaded, instead of an initial.
  3. Select or add the email address of the account you may have used to register your domain.
The email address where you receive notifications from Google Domains isn't always the email address you used to register the domain. Make sure you sign in to the account you used to register the domain.

Check the G Suite admin console

If you bought and registered your domain through G Suite, it won’t appear in Google Domains. Look for your domain in the G Suite admin console.
