Can’t open a Google file or folder

In the apps

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides app.
  2. In the top left, tap Menu Menu.
  3. Tap your email address.
  4. Choose the account you want to use.

On a browser, like Chrome

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to myaccount.google.com.
  2. In the top right, tap your profile photo or name.
  3. Tap Sign out, or Manage accounts and then Sign out.
  4. Sign in with the account you want to use.
  5. Open the file in Docs, Sheets, or Slides.
