Improve your content with Gemini in Google Slides

You can use text refining suggestions with Gemini in Google Slides to improve the quality of your content.

Use “Refine” to:

• Shorten text
• Rephrase sentences
• Make the tone of voice more formal
• Convert paragraphs into bullet points

This feature is currently available on desktop.

Refine your text

1. On your computer, open a presentation in Google Slides.
2. Click on a text box Refine .
3. Type a custom prompt or choose a refinement option:
   • Shorten
   • Rephrase
   • More formal
   • Bulletize
4. Optional: To generate another version:
   • You can try a custom prompt.
   • Or you can click Refine and choose a refinement option.
5. To replace existing content with the generated text, click Replace.
6. Optional: To insert the generated text below the existing content, click the Down arrow Insert.

1. Below the generated output, select Good suggestion or Bad suggestion .
2. If you select Bad suggestion you can enter additional feedback and select the issue you found.
3. Click Submit.
